Hi Steve,

I've installed FeedMailer v1.4.5 and noticed that emails aren't being sent out consistently based on when there are rss feed updates.

I've set up an Admin Feed for RSS that has blog post updates in it.  When I check the blog and the RSS page, the new posts are present.   There have been 5 posts in the past week, and I got an email for only the first post.

The Admin Feed has a role assigned to it, and when I check the Manage Subscriptions tab, all the people in the role show up subscribed to that feed.  When I click on the orange RSS icon next to each person, the most recent blog post is shown.  But an email for that post was never sent out.

I checked the Host -> Schedule, and the TT.Modules.FeedMailer.FeedMailerSchedule is enabled.  I first set it to run every 30 min for a couple days, and then changed it to every 12 hours to get a digest version.  It didn't seem to matter the timing - emails weren't sent out.

When I checked the schedule history, I could see that the task ran and the status is succeeded.  But under the description, the most recent one says, "7 feeds processed.  0 Emails sent.  Completed FeedMailer schedule."  When I look through the history, there have been 5 tasks with multiple feeds processed and zero emails sent.  And 2 tasks with 4 feeds processed and 4 emails sent.

I checked the Event Viewer, and there aren't any errors associated with the FeedMailer module.

I'm unsure how to troubleshoot this problem any further, and I haven't been able to figure out what circumstances are causing an email to be sent out vs when they're not.  What information can I provide you to help figure this out?   The site is behind a firewall so I can't send you a link.  But I could do screen sharing, send screenshots, or whatever else might be helpful.

Thanks!

So to confirm:

- You have had at least 1 email from this RSS feed? If so, it means it can't be a security issue blocking FeedMailer
- Do the Blog items have different titles in the RSS feed?

Can we take this conversation to email because I'll need to send you some SQL to run to check a few things.
